I should have told you to update and then make the profile, oops.
It is. Since both the dev build of dolphin and regular dolphin use the same file path since i overwrote the first one, it still runs dolphin in high performance mode. Still no effect though.
Delete that folder and reinstall the dev build of Dolphin. Dolphin doesn't like being extracted onto older versions, messes with game .ini files and other things.

Still the same. Sorry had to go away from my pc for 2 days.
Did you verify if Nvidia Control Panel is trying to enforce V-sync or some other setting?
Will try Sonic Colours with the latest build on my Pentium G4560 + GTX780 tonight, if I get the time, to see if I get any slowdowns...

Nope, nividia control panel isnt forcing it to use any strange setting.
