I was joking Smile
It still can't play Wii Rune Factory Frontier.
On the old SVN build it can go ingame, so it's game issue. But on this build, dolphin only give out black screen, so it isn't game issue anymore, right? Confused Wonder when it will be fixed, can't wait to play it.
Sad
I have the same problem with RFF Sad
Dolphin 2954 uploaded, also PCSX2 rev953 uploaded too Smile

I'm registered there yes, but they don't approve to the posting of frequent svn builds for some reason.

I Went to Get the JitIl From The Site Because im lazy to compile JitIl lol, And I Noticed That your x86 links and x64 links are broken.
you have to change this " http://cid-http//cid-http://cid-0ddf6cd6395b8498.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/Dolphin|_x64|_2954.zip"

To This " http://cid-0ddf6cd6395b8498.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/Dolphin|_x64|_2954.zip" Just Change the _64 Part to x86 for the x86 Version

Are you sure the 64 bit build is actually 64 bit?

The 2654 x64 bit is way faster than the version you have posted, i'm using the same settings on both.
