I get very random stutters that happen every 30-40 seconds, theres no way this is shader compilation as i sit in the menu of games like sms and ttyd where there is very little happening and ill keep on getting stutters. When i go to an older build such as 3441, the stutters are gone. not sure if this is a coincidence since shader comp varies game to game, but ive tested wii games like sonic colors and galaxy 2 with no stutters, only seems to happen on gcn games.

UPDATE: gecko codes are what cause these random stutters. https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-ge...g-stutters

I believe i have found the build where this began. Random stutters happen in 5.0-4575 and DO NOT in 4572.
Would be nice if we could get this fixed as this is a HUGE problem imo.
I'll forward it to devs, thanks for bisecting.

oh snap, thanks for finding this. i was getting this bad in super mario sunshine. i had no idea why
FWIW, it's not urgent to fix because it's part of a larger scale problem in Dolphin's gecko handling.

A hack fix could fix this particular problem, but, the goal is for Gecko Codes to behave more like they do on console.
