Full Version: Why is Ryzen much slower than Skylake in Dolphin?

Has anyone details why Ryzen performs worse than Skylake in Dolphin?
Which Instructions are the cause.

In all other tests Ryzen is 0 - 10% slower per clock than Skylake.
