I don't know if its just my computer but since about 4505 when hrydgard messed with the 1gb continuous stuff I get a warning error of "No Possible Memory Base Pointer Found". Whats weird is the exact first time I start a dolphin.exe after extracting files to a folder or compiling the emulator the emulator runs but afterwards that warning comes up and dolphin crashes. That is to say after the first time running dolphin after getting it on my computer it will begin to give me this warning when I begin a game and dolphin crashes. Is this happening to other people with 32 bit xp or is there something else wrong. Use panic handlers must be on offcourse to see the warning. If not the emulator attempts to start a game and just crashes. Its really a warning I don't understand. Anyone know what its actually being stating about this warning?
I have exactly the same error, It happaned to me today ( with r4523 ) . I tried to play zelda TP and I noticed that It doesn't have sound, I re-opened dolphin and boom , the error . I tried a rollback to 4521 and nothing . Also It only happens with D3D plugin ( or I could run TP in OGL at least )
Yeah, I prefer the 1GB continuous memory, because it was only a program who caused it, just closed it and well done. Now I can't test the newest changes because of that error D:
I only get this error on GC games.
i just open the memory card manager and load mem card A and close it then it starts working again.
For me atleast it has killed dolphin from playing at all unless I start fresh with a new dolphin folder etc. . each time. Its not a gc to wii game issue as much as dolphin not liking something. Happen since the change and has stopped any game from running on my computer. Don't know if this is issue worthy since there are multiple issue statements that this has broken alot of peoples dolphin emulation. Issue 1624 seems to stated it out so seems no need to spam another issue with same problem.
I hope this bug fix soon. I can´t play anymore with direct3d9 plugin.

This happens to me as well. I was using an older version, and decided to finally update to see if games would run better, and now games only work with a fresh install. If I delete everything and reinstall it, it'll work. But once I close it and reopen a game it doesn't work with anything, under any setting, any plugin, or any game.
[EDIT] I went back to using Orleans r4500 and it works just fine, but any build after that from any compiler doesn't work at all, I get the "No Possible Memory Base Pointer Found." as soon as I open the program for the second time under any and all settings. Here is a
Link to his downloads, so that we can all switch back to 4500, the last working build for us.
Just a headsup. I have been discussing the problem in that issue. I'm ksg017 on google code and issues. As I stated a bit ago on the issue page I was able to get to 4504 then any thing after 4505 broke the emulator for me. If anyone is having problems in 32 bit xp with dolphin crashing everytime you start a game after this commit give specs on that issue that shuffle has stated. (Turn on panic handlers and you will see the warning otherwise dolphin will jsut crash and you will not know why not) This doesn't seem to me to be hitting other people on different os's but who knows. Hyrdgard knows of the issue and wants people to post specs. Hopefully he and shuffle will get to the bottom of it eventually but for now we stuck on 4504 max and if you don't feel like compiling a build orleans has up to 4500 as igasura stated.
I think r4505 should be reverted, until a proper fix for the 1GB continuous memory is found. But I don't know exactly how much annoying this error can be, so...
