Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hello. I am not very computer saavy and I can not figure out what is going on with my Dolphin 4.0 Emulator, please help.

Processor
Intel® Core™ i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz

Operating System

Do you get the "Dolphin.exe has stopped working." when you start Dolphin, or when you start a game, or at some other time?

Also, please try Dolphin 5.0 or newer if you haven't already done so.

Hello, thanks for responding. I get it around 5 minutes after starting a game. If I download Dolphin 5.0 do I lose all my game progress?

if you used standard memory card saves, you will not lose anything.

You will lose savestates

I downloaded Dolphin 5.0 and it seems there are no more crashes! I thought I had the latest version, my bad. Thanks for your help!
