I see!  I didn't know 5.0 was available on linux, it's hidden away
I've been using the very old version, and it seems that was the problem!

I installed 5.0 and boom!  it's working again i'm getting 25-30FPS,  yay!!

I am having 1 problem,  The audio is static-y and stutters a bit,  It's really annoying

What exactly should my audio settings be, I tried them all but it still studders a bit

dsp hle emulation(fast)
dsp lle recomplier
dsp lle interpreter(slow)
Dolby Pro Logic II decoder

Backend Settings
audio backend
                    -AO Sound
                    -ALSA
                    -Pulse
                    - OpenAL   -Latency

These are my settings:

the sound is annoying, how could i fix it
use a development build and get a bunch of cool features (better speed, ubershaders, Vulkan, timestretch audio)

alternatively

https://launchpad.net/~dolphin-emu/+archive/ubuntu/ppa

that PPA isn't managed by the core dolphin devs but it just pulls from git.
I have added the ppa,

any idea on the audio? its really annoying, it makes me not want to play it
Reset your configuration. With your specs you should be running at full speed, not "just" 25-30fps.
Select hle emulation

Pick pulse or alsa for the backend, enable timestrech audio
it's working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it seems the problem was my xorg conf video card file,  i got a custom one done for me, because i have a lot of monitors and all the monitors wouldn't work together,
i have to different video cards and linux works weird with them, i can still use all my monitors, but it doesn't work like windows

i reverted back to the default cong file,  and boom! the zelda is working great, it stays at 30 fps sometimes 60,
so it was the config file all along, since someone else did it, i cant improve it, im not skilled enough

the static is also gone!  the sound is great

the only thing is it lags when full rumble is on, but i turned down the rumble sensitivity, and the lag is gone,

so now it's working great, this is awesome!  now i can finish twilight princess and continue with wind waker

and for helping me, here is a small prize for everyone,

a look at my zelda collection
