Hi on the latest dolphin versions i'm getting crashes on windows 7 when i select vulkan backend or when i start a game using dx11.
On opengl it works fine
Specs
Windows 7 64bits
Nvidia 650 ti
Xeon x3460
4gb
Are you sure everything is up to date (drivers, OS, etc.)?

That's funny, I have the exact same problem.
I updated my Nvidia driver to 384.94 just like you did and it's still crashing immediately after starting a game.
Works fine with OpenGL.
It's not ideal because Xenoblade - the game I want to play without stuttering, stutters worse on OpenGL than on DX11.
I'm using version:
5.0-4906 x64
Specs:
i5-6500 3.20 ghz
Nvidia GTX 960
8gb ram
that's weird. NVidia Cards should run better on OpenGL than D3D11. You should see less stuttering
Yeah I think that's just a Xenoblade-specific problem. Other games run fine with OpenGL.
Forgot to mention that I don't have these problems on 5.0, other than the stuttering on Xenoblade. I just wanted to try out the new ubershaders to see if they fixed it.
It didnt solve my problem it still happens
I did the test with an older build thats why it worked(only realized this today

)
Im using opengl and it works fine.
If i have the time im going to try to find the last build.that works ok
i just found the problem after build 5.0-4657 Implement Quad-Buffered stereoscopy support (PR #5697 de Armada651)
windows 7 needs to be dxg 1.2 compatible
windows 7 needs update KB 2670838
This time I got this error

This was on 5.0-5033 and with the windows 7 KB 2670838 update
Attempting DX11 with hybrid ubershaders. The error occurred during shader compiling
