In latest svn 4507 when i select plugin, i can only choose between opengl and software renderer, how do i enable the dx9 plugin?

Do you have the lastest DirectX ?

Welcome back SantaC, update your Direct X and it will appear.

which directx? I am running windows7 with dx11.

The latest version of 9, August runtime.
It won't override your dx11
