Just did a factory reset of my phone, and installed the newest version 5.0-4869, and between those 2 things, the enhancements and hacks pages are functioning now. Thanks for the suggestions.

After going through and setting my phone back up how I prefer it, the hacks and enhancement pages were blank again. Tracing my steps I found the culprit is in developer options, if you turn off animator duration scale to "animation off" then the hacks and enhancements do not show up. I used this setting to make the transitions between pages on my phone slightly quicker.
