Cheat Engine isn't working very well. It's inconvinient to use and inaccurate at times.

All of the emulators for consoles before GameCube/Wii have the RAM watch function.

Now even Cemu supports memory watch.

It wouldn't be a hard task for an emulator 14 years old...

It's been a requested feature for awhile now.

Nobody cares much to work on the debugger.

Isn't Debugger => Watch what you want? Plus, you have MemoryWatcher which is even more flexible and powerful (on all Unix-like platforms).
