On certain games in certain circumstances, even if my resolution is set to HD or whatever, the game appears to be low resolution and has really jagged edges. Can anyone explain? If you need images I can provide some.

Which games are you experiencing it on? And what are these "certain circumstances"?

What games and where? I remember hearing about the internal resolution getting set to 1x as a bug long ago, pretty sure it shouldn't be around anymore. Otherwise, some games have pre-recorded scenes that are stuck at their original resolution.

Check that XFB isn't set to Real and that Scaled EFB Copies is turned on.
