When I start the emulation it shows up with a message saying
"MSAA on default framebuffer isn't supported. Please avoid forcing Dolphin to use MSAA by the driver. 4 samples on default framebuffer found."

Also, my game looks like this...

Go to nvidia control panel (google if you don't know). Personally, I would hit restore to reset your global settings and only change power management, but you can look for anything that is AA related if you want and turn it off.
To clarify the previous post: AA means anti-aliasing.
Reinstall your graphics driver and then reboot
... And use latest development builds.

That's a good idea in general, but I don't think it will issues with forcing anti-aliasing.
