Huh
For Kirby's Return to Dreamland my audio and graphics are a bit choppy, I don't know exactly why, but it probably is my configuration or audio and graphics card. My last issue related to graphics was because my graphics card was out of date, but I just updated that. My speakers are Realtek High Definition Audio and for my graphics I'm using Intel® HD. Here is a two minute recording of what I mean, hopefully this is fixable. https://mega.nz/#!YfgEDTzQ!qrGLWEZjZZybz...f-g2MQ7-ps

Also, my dev build is 5.0-4296
Your GPU is likely struggling to push dolphin's very minimal requirements. The best you can do is set internal resolution to 1x
Yeah, Kirby Return to Dreamland is heavier on the GPU load compared to most other games. Since you're using Intel HD graphics, try switching from OpenGL to D3D instead, or vice versa, I don't remember off the top of my head which was better for this game.

Also, check and make sure Windows Power management is set to High Performance.
Then check your CPU/GPU temperatures when playing this game. It could be that you're getting some overheating issues.
