Best I can tell your gpu is not officially supported, assuming it's intel hd graphics (no number). You can double check by following https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-find-your-pcs-basic-specs-in-windows-8/
While not officially supported, you could probably *run* if you change graphics, backend to d3d11.
when i very first install dolphin the games where working but VERY LOW FPS i was watching some youtube videos on how to boost fps then i start it getting this problem
so everything i did ... i undid lol.. now this.. every time.. cant be my pc
Well, your CPU is very slow for Dolphin. But regardless, have you tried other backends like D3D11? Are you making sure you're only using default settings? Have you tried enabling / disabling dual-core?

havnt tried that no... where do you put the d3d11.dll file? default settings YES.. enabling / disabling dual-core NO.. just tried turning off.. an tried to start game same problem
it was enabled
You aren't supposed to put any DLLs anywhere. (If you downloaded that d3d11.dll file manually from the internet, remove it.) To use D3D11, just change the backend setting in the graphics settings window.
If it still crashes I would rename the dolphin emulator folder in documents. This will reset all the settings and saves.

dolphin emulator is saved to desktop should i rename it from there ?
Choose Direct 3D 11. No, as he stated, the folder that's located in Documents. NOT the one on your desktop

If OpenGL doesn't work, try Direct3D 11. If Direct3D 11 doesn't work, try OpenGL. Software Renderer is not worth trying.
