I am using all log types

What I wanted to know is what error you got (and logs) when installing IOS62.

Without installing IOS62, the system menu will just send you back to the menu when you try to launch the shop and this is 100% normal.

i got no errors when installing ios62 as a wad and before i installed it it  does send me back to the menu it still does the same thing

It's been literally two hours since your last post, calm down. You also have been very unhelpful in providing information--why don't you run through the process of what you did in Dolphin, what menus you used, which options you clicked, etc.
