Do you have a NAND dump from your Wii?
it goes back to the wii menu on dolphin
You need to have the required IOS installed for any channel you want to launch from the system menu. For the latest version of the shop, you need IOS62.

how do i install ios62 on dolphin
Grab it using NUS Downloader, then use the "Install WAD" feature on Dolphin to install it.

i got the wad but installing ios62 by a .wad didnt work
Simply saying it "didn't work" is about as useful for debugging as not saying anything. What is the specific error message you got? Is there anything in the logs? (Make sure to enable all log types, and set the log verbosity level to Info.)
