I followed the instructions, looked for threads, nada. No matter what I do the "update" button remains greyed out. Is it a windows 10 issue? My Dolphinbar is a year old. Its got two switches on the back, meaning its the latest one right?

Yes sir. It usually says your device is up to date on he updater when i had the latest firmware.
