Wood Man

Hello everyone! So I just joined the forums because I had a problem. I get extreme lag on most games I play. I want to know the best settings I can use to get a solid 60 fps with these specs:

Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i3 @ 1.70GHz 46 °C
Haswell ULT 22nm Technology
RAM
6.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard
TOSHIBA ZSWAA (SOCKET 0)
Graphics
Generic PnP Monitor (1360x768@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics Family (Toshiba)
Storage
698GB TOSHIBA MQ01ABD075 (SATA) 39 °C
Optical Drives
TSSTcorp CDDVDW SU-208FB
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

Thank you!
You can get a solid 30/60 FPS by getting a better CPU. That CPU has a super low clock speed for an intel chip.

If you're lagging at stock settings, there isn't much you can do, sorry.
