When people complain about ARM here, they're complaining about the Mali GPU that arm designs that's used in Samsung exynos devices and in a few other devices. Snapdragon devices don't use Mali GPUs.
The exynos GPU isn't going to magically improve thanks to Samsung, since it's mainly ARM that's not implementing better drivers. And nobody has any cares about improving their drivers anyway, since it's only Dolphin which is significantly damaged by it.
And again, the Note series doesn't usually have any under-the-hood changes, and even uses the same chipset. It would be exactly the same as the s8.
I am a Note 8 user.
I have downloaded and installed the 4.0 version.
The latest 5.0 version downloads, but cannot install.
(File appears to be corrupt)
I have downloaded from multiple sources including the official site. I have an S8+ that runs the lates version just fine.
Have not tested 4.0 performance yet on the Note 8, will update soon. Any help or troubleshooting would be helpful.
Thanks, Nic

Have you tried the latest development release release (See
https://dolphin-emu.org/download/?ref=btn - below the "stable versions" section)? At this point, 5.0 is pretty old, and 4.0 is positively ancient.

Under the stable versions. There is no Android download link. Only under the development area, and that one is seen as a corrupt file on my Note 8. Not saying the file is corrupt, just saying the Note 8 sees it as corrupt.
Does it say corrupt or does it say "app cannot be installed"
if Samsung shipped a flagship 2017 device without a 64 bit userspace I'm going to cry.

Both /:
Saw AIDA64, gave it a download, I saw arm64 a lot, guessing that's what you were talking about.

I would, but after trying 30 times there, and countless times other places, I doubt I will get a different result. Unless.... no no...
My phone was waiting for your permission, which it just received from you
Lol
Just tried again, same result, all the 5.0 versions for android.
I have downloaded a few 3rd party apps like this before with no issues, and have every other kind of emulator installed that run great. It's litereally just this one that is giving me trouble.
