An idea is alone, since the forum is immense and has many users of all parts of the world, I believe that serious good to create a section in the forum where things are commented in Spanish, since(as) for example, problems, commentaries, etc

It would require a Spanish moderator. But it would still be annoying to people who don't know Spanish
Lol, do not be selfish, probably do not speak Spanish, but I believe that serious from great help to a part of the community of this forum, there are big forums that have this option fodder that if we want to take to dolphin to a final phase rapid mas this one is a good form for, to come to the goal mas rapidly, since we would count(tell) with mas help.
For example I a lot of for time am visiting the forum as guest, but I had not registered because the forum this one in English and only was reading any phrases that he(she) was translating google, and obviously I was unloading the versions mas you suffer of the emulator, but to the end(purpose) now I am a part(report) of the forum and sincerely I say to them that it is complicated, to understand many things that are spoken in the forum for mas that he(she) translates well google,

Serious only to give us a small part of the forum for those who speak in Spanish, it(he) is great to ask,
well... Here most of the people speak English , And I don't think that anyone would give us a new section for the forum only for another languaje section( Anyone remember what happened with the "development forum" discussion thread xD ).
also if the forum team would give the spanish their own section then they would have to also make a section for every other language that visits the forum
(and that requires more mods of those languages)

its most likely not going to happen.
There are many spanish-language forums dedicated to general emulation.
The only difference here is that you might be able to directly discuss something with Dolphin developers once in a while.
And I really doubt about the possibility of establishing a communication channel in spanish with the whole staff and/or developers (with one exception).
Not trying to be mean, I speak spanish too, but attaching multilingual help files -and keeping them updated- will do the job.
Now how's the spanish translation project going so far?
