Hello World,

Seriously, for ****s sake, for all that is good and holy, for all the money in the world, for the safety of kittens and puppies, etc. someone please tell me there is a way to turn off battery warnings!!!!!
I don't care how either through dolphin or by messing with the files inside each individual games iso or worst case scenario by opening up the freaking wii remote itself and ripping something out of it!!!!!!!!

Just PLEASE say there is a way cause I am sick and tired of games starting to report low battery when I still have a good 10 hours or more of gameplay left!!
Right now I'm playing Klonoa for example, this game doesn't just give you a warning when on a loading screen or the main menu screen or some "acceptable" shit like that, noooooooo it actually pauses the game mid play every ****ing 30 seconds or so to tell me, AND IT"S DRIVING ME ****ING MAAAADDD!!!!!!!!!

Please, help, anyone??

Are you using emulated wii remotes or real wii remotes?

Real wiimote(the black vesion), with motion plus integrated.

Well, there isn't really anything Dolphin can do about that... I mean, you could make an AR code or something for individual games, but that would be a lot of work!

You'd probably be better served by getting a dock with rechargeable batteries, like this one. By keeping them charged regularly by keeping them in the dock, you'd never have to see the replace batteries message again!

Sigh, I was afraid you where gonna say that... Yeah, that was the plan initially MayImilae, and if I was made of money or I was one of those giant talking gold statues, then it would be very simple.

Alas life is not that kind, for the past couple of months I've done severe budget cuts, saved up and bought a brand new motherboard and cpu. I have to keep up those cuts for another month or 2 to also buy the ram and cooler that I need to get the new setup working(right now the mb+cpu are just sitting in thier boxes).
Today one of my hdd's started acting up too, I think it's about to fail(and if it does I'll lose years of collecting stuff) so joooooy, now I have to figure out how to get a new one of those too, fast.

After all that maybe, just maybe(assuming nothing else ****ing breaks) I'll be able to buy a dock and some rechargeable aa's finally, but I am worried that I might have already lost what little I have left of my sanity by then.....

Depending on where you live, I'd recommend Energizer's rechargable batteries. You can get 4 for ~15 dollars with a 2 hour charger, or 20 dollars with a 20 minute charger. I don't know if they're more expensive in other countries.

I bought a ton of them way back when and every two years I have to replace a few bad ones, but otherwise it's a cheap way to power all my portable devices that use AA/AAA batteries.

I guess OP is already using rechargeable batteries. As they have a lower current, they tend to show as "low battery" even though there's plenty of charge left...

Rechargeables usually have a higher maximum current, don't they? It's the maximum voltage that's lower, but they get around that by having a lower internal resistance.

No Jhonn, I'm using regular old Vartas atm.
I don't know what brand I'll go with when I finally get rechargeables JMC47, probably gonna be something like Toshiba.
But here's a question guys, when I finally do get some do I need to worry about the amperage? Like what if I stick a couple of 3400 mAh ones(or more 4.5k, 10k) in there?
