Hi guys,

I've tried to play Mario Sunshine today. I use a generic USB Joystick. The problem is that when i want to use the C joystick in order to move the camera, it do so but also uses the B, X or A button at the same time.
It means that when I a pull on the right the C joystick, it changes my "watergun". Or if i put on the left the joystick while jumping, i dive. In both case, camera move, but well...

Do someone have a solution? :-)

Here
Don't map the joystick modifier - that's something for keyboard users, and don't apply here.

That would be because the C-Stick and the face buttons are assigned to the same buttons! Was that an error on your part, or does that controller just do that?
I didn't understand what you meaned by "Don't map the joystick modifier" Undecided

Otherwise, i've tried many times to assign differents buttons to C stick and B, X, A, whatever i do they are bounded!

In the "Stick de contrĂ³le" category, there's a button that says "Modif". Don't set it to anything. (This won't fix your problem with the C stick, though.)
Done Smile
Any new about the problem?
When you are assigning the upward emulated C-stick axis, what happens when you press up on your physical gamepad's right analog stick? What is assigned for the emulated C-stick up direction?
If i understood it correctly, Y is assigned with the C sticks up
