Check how you have your controller configured, make sure you don't have your buttons doubled up or something. Also check and see if this is happening in other games outside of Dolphin
This game uses GameCube and Wii Remotes, so if you have both configured on the same controller, you'll get inputs for both.

Oh...yeah that would explain it...I configured the Dolphin to use my Xbox controller, but since Dokapon HAS to have a Wiimote, i programmed them both to the Xbox controller. Ok, I will work on that. i think that solved my issue, thank you all so much!
