So I'm not sure if this is just a samsung problem, but when I play a game now, there is this strange haze over the game. But it's not all of the game, only certain parts of it as show in the screen shot. Everything looks completely fine until I try to actually race (MKDD), then the track itself has this strange haze over it, but the course map, placement, the menus, and everything else looks fine. This happens on both the Galaxy S7 Edge and the S8 (there is a new thread I made showing how nice this runs on the S8 however) Hope someone can help me here. I should not this is a T-Mobile Galaxy S7 Edge on Android 7.0.

Your phone or the build is messed up. Still on 4.0-9075 and no issues there.

Looks like it's an issue with every build after 5.0-1650. That build works fine, but 5.0-1653 though the current version has that blue haze.
Oh, that looks like it's indeed an issue with DualScrBlend. Would you be able to create a log using logger.ini?

Absolutely, how do I do it on Android? Thanks.
You need to run Dolphin app on a Desktop, enabling log from the settings, run a game, then it'll create logger.ini file in /config. Transfer logger.ini file to your /dolphin-emu/config folder on your phone, run MKDD for a minute, it'll create a dolphin.log file in /dolphin-emu/Logs. Open dolphin.log with text editor and copy info to hastebin.com

Ok I tried that, but the Dolphin.log file it creates is blank and empty.
Likely you've got an empty logger.ini (there was a bug creating it and workaround) try this one it should work

That worked! Thanks! Here is the pastebin of Dolphin.log

Ah, I have this same issue. It only seems to happen with MKDD of all the games I've tried. I saw no one else with the issue so I figured I just had a bad dump of the game or something with my phone model was causing it. Hope to see a solution.
