Maybe, along with CPUz and GFXbench, in fact that's what I'm hoping for. We need Anandtech to review it in details.
Though GB4 scores are pretty identical to 8890

Just got reply from Tamas, AIDA64 dev:
"Well… Indeed they seem to use the same M1 core. M1 core is detected by its ARM part ID, which is simply 1 for M1. I don't think Samsung forgot to update the ARM part ID
"
