I asked obs forums but no answer;

When I recording pc games obs studio working normal but when ı tried recordin dolphin obs studio give me black screen. Souns yes but display no. Please help. Also same problem on pcsx2.

How do you expect us to help you without providing any information? OBS and dolphin settings please.

Are you using any sort of ingame overlays? (for anything)

for dolphin ı am not using overlay. Somebody use 2 game capture program like obs+bandicam bandicam for showing fps but ı am using one.

I need your obs settings.

Have you tired the D3D11 renderer? (In OBS advanced settings) It also looks like you might be missing some files, try reinstalling it maybe.

ı reinstall 2 times obs studio ı think ı am waiting new obs studio update then try one more time if not ı will write this topic.

OBS works perfectly for me on latest dolphin master.

Make sure you're actually using the latest version, 3.0- something is heavily outdated.
