so i was given this error when opening a game

GPU : OGL Error: need atleast GL SL 1.30
GPU : Does your video card support openGL 3.0?
GPU : your driver supports GL SL  4.40 - build 21.20.16.4550

then if i click ok it says

Failed to compile vertex shader: C:/User/ME/Documents/Dolphin
Emulator/Dump/bad_vs_0000.txt
Debug info (intel, Intel® HD Graphics 520, 4.40 - build 21.20.16.4550):
ERROR: 1:8: 'std140' : syntax error syntax error

then clikc ok again it is the same thing except last line changes

Failed to compile pixel shader: C:/User/ME/Documents/Dolphin
Emulator/Dump/bad_vs_0007.txt
Debug info (intel, Intel® HD Graphics 520, 4.40 - build 21.20.16.4550):
ERROR: 1:26: 'std140' : syntax error syntax error

then after clicking ok a bunch it runs, but it shows only a black screen, but I think that it works other than graphicly, because it play sounds from pressing the buttons. does anyone know why this is, and how to fix it.
I believe it is a bug in 5.0, try the latest version.
