I've been using a nVidia GeForce 8400 GS for my computer for the last few months, but, recently, with some games, most notably Marvel Super Hero Squad and WWE Smackdown, I have two odd glitches, the former exhibiting both.
With some static 3-D screens, a odd 'slicing' effect causes single pixel thickness offsets of the image, and with FMV, the effect is even more pronounced, causing to seem like there are two of three images.

Oddly, it is a very limited effect, with 99% of games I've run with my system working as expected without adjustment.

System specifications -
Windows 7 Ultimate build 7100
AMD Athlon 64 3200 2.0 GHz
