I have a problem with Resident Evil Zero , I hope I find a solution

I've downloaded the latest version

Dolphin-r4472 the problem is FPS is very low 18 or 15

My PC is CPU Core2dou 2.5 , RAM 3 , GPU Geforce 9600GT 512MB

Hopes Find solution ( I am New in Dolphin site ) Confused
