I have a lot of frame drops in Super Mario between 45 - 60 fps.

My specs are this:

i5-3470
GTX 1050ti
8 GB RAM

These are my settings in dolphin 5.0-910:

I used 5.0-910 because of the bluetooth passthrough, are there any other versions that are stable?
You won't be able to stop the occasional stutter, but I think newer versions are faster.

Dev builds very rarely have major bugs, and they are fixed quickly if they do.

Which dev build would you recommend?
Latest.
and maybe try lowering or turning off MSAA and use Vulkan or OpenGL instead of D3D12
I also think the things that will make the most difference are turning off AA and switching to OpenGL instead of D3D.
