I don't play competitive (yet). Usually quickplay and no limits arcade, sometimes other arcade modes.
I'm terrible with most offense characters since I can't aim for shit. I do love to play them from time to time though to mix things up. Unfortunately whenever this happens everyone else does that same and I refuse to switch since I am the only healer/tank 90% of the time so I feel I deserve to occasionally play offense. Which of course results in us losing spectacularly. So anyone who plays healer/tank (especially healer) regularly is a good person to play with in my book.
I like to group up with as many people as possible since I find it makes things a lot more interesting. I usually friend people that are either extremely good and work together with the team or people who use their mic. and don't act like assholes. People who like to have fun and use the mic. are the best and it makes this game go from repetitive to wonderful.

I'll talk in competitive since I can't play 6 people at once and I can at lest tell them what to do.
I play frequently on PC. But, under a lot of conditions. I don't play competitive, and I turn off text chat and mute voice chat. The game now becomes full of extremely talented AI
I don't like competitive game communities in the slightest. But Overwatch is a fun game. So I just cut out the "community" part and stay out of ranked.
But I need that gold weapon somehow.
