Since exactly "dolphin-master-5.0-2847-x64" (VideoBackends: Set the maximum range when the depth range is oversized. (PR #4935 de Armada651))
no video or background at start & menu
tested on x64 windows version
(and yeah, everything modify rogue squadron ^^)

And, this for moderator : how and where can inform team when we see a bug (sorry, i seek about this, but don't find on the forum or wiki).

IIRC it's mostly hidden to keep it from being flooded by noobs.

You can turn on slow-depth to make it work for now.
