Perhaps , you should add 1 more fan inside your laptop . Those external cooler barely do anything
Your GPU almost reaches the melting point , solder balls may lose contact with your GPU and that may lead to "reflow GPU"
This fan should be small enough to fit a gaming notebook .

I am personally looking at something like this myself

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NACVLWM/

My Thinkpad T420s i5 2520m is constantly hitting 90c+. I have already re applied artic silver 5 thermal paste to both the gpu and the cpu and my temps are still hiting 90c+ on the CPU I even cleaned things out while I was in there redoing the thermal paste so I know thats not the issue.

Intel XTU apparently does not support my cpu for fine tuning just for testing so I am unable to drop the voltage to see if that helps my temps any. I am personally looking at a Sager NP8155 with a 7700hq myself which should do well in both Dolphin and in PCSX2. As well as staqndard PC games. My T420 has a NVS 4200m so its really holding things back for me.
