Most of the links you want are broken or non-existent, but I've already said that much earlier in this thread. No one around here seems to keep old copies either.
Given the difficulty of properly setting up WiiMotion+ controls to keyboards or joysticks, and given that JPeterson's customized Dolphin builds are based on old Dolphin code (that means buggy), a lot of people don't bother with those builds, so you'll have to forgive them if these Dolphin builds are virtually lost.

I realize that, it's totally understandable. I was just seeing if someone still has a copy sitting around.
If you are referring to my previous comment I just felt Kurausukun's comment was unhelpful and rude.

To people who haven't been on these forums for a while, yes, such comments can come off as sarcastic and uninformative. However, that's the most common advice given to users looking for Wii Motion+ builds. The general consensus is that people are better off using real hardware for this feature. All of the regulars here would have given you a similar answer, perhaps more tactfully than Kurausukun, however. It isn't the answer some people are looking for, but please realize, most of us are just trying to save folks a lot of time and frustration.

The request was for the source code, not the binary. Additionally, sharing a binary without making the source code available is forbidden under the terms of the GPL.

To answer my own question, it's actually on his github page:
