Every time I play in the Direct3D11 mode in the Netplay 4.4 dolphin build, melee is capped at 36 fps and says "Entered Exclusive Fullscreen" then right away "Lost Exclusive Fullscreen" It says this over and over again. This doesn't happen in OpenGL mode. I need to use Direct3D11 to play netplay. Is there any fix for this?
Test on the normal dolphin dev build. If it happens there report back here. If it doesn't report to whoever makes faster melee.

It doesn't happen on dolphin 5.0. I am trying to contact the Faster Melee devs now.
