Hi,
I have:
Windows 7
Processor:Intel® Core™ i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40 GHz 3.80GHz
8 GB RAM
GTX 650 Ti
i can run games only on around 45 fps with that system,are there any changes i can do to the dolphin emulator for it to run smoothly?
is there any chance to run games smoothly with that system?

I would try resetting your settings and using the latest development builds.
