Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Are you going to move the entire website or just have the old one for downloads only, and this one for discussion?

I'm not an admin, but I can tell you that although the forums are different, they haven't moved at all. "forums" is a subdomain of the original site "dolphin-emu.com", just like "www" is a subdomain. It's still all on the same server, since unless I'm greatly mistaken the primary domain may only point to one IP address.

In any case, do you plan to integrate the topics from this forum into the old site, so that we can see the most recent topics on the left of the site? That feature was surprisingly useful, I wish more sites would do it that way.

Edit: I just realized that you have a custom rank, which probably means that I just replied to an admin. I'm sorry if I assumed otherwise. ^_^

just give us some time to do everything
this will be our forum and the front page will stay the same

as for skins etc etc , they will come...eventually

I guess it's the best, the old fourms were already getting full of noob threads and posts.
Now i can see 50 threads/pages at once

Lol, anybody can replace their "Rank" (Not really your rank, just a "Title" for youself). Just go to "User CP", then go to "Edit Profile", then on the right hand side of the page, you'll see "Custom User Title", and just put in the one you want

Indeed. But I don't think they can move members to another forum. Only Stickies moved (by copying them )

actually, there're too many noobs and redundant threads on the old forum.

there is, admins can create accounts lol

but its pointless to make all the one time only & all the noob accounts
