Silver Stone Ultra Slim Mini ITX case (£42)
i3 6100 @ 3.7GHz (£108)
Asrock H110 mini ITX mobo (£69)
Toshiba High Performance Series 2TB HDD (£62)
BeQuiet 300W SFX PSU (£48 - Germany Brand btw)
Palit Storm GTX 1050 2GB (£109)
Crucial 8GB 2400MHz Single Channel (£49 - Because you can buy another 8GB stick in the future)
Total Cost : £445 which is abit higher than your budget

If you want your PC to run as quiet as possible , you will have to buy an aftermarket cooler like this noctua (£34) (High-end thermal compound included)
