I bought wii controller with motion plus and waiting for delivery ı want to ask something ı saw some video bluetooth adapter. Is is really necessary for dolphin 5? I use win10

If your computer doesn't have a bluetooth adapter built-in you do need one. Also remember that not all bluetooth adapters (even built-in ones) work with Dolphin. Another thing to remember is that you do need some-sort of Sensorbar for IR to work, so either get a usb/wireless one or use 2 candles.
