Confirmed build 5.0-1650 works nicely, while build 5.0-1653 (PR4577) already broken

little bit offtop but many games like ZWW, SMS, Luigi Mansion on vulkan(android) 3d objects leaving the black trace while moving
ogl render works fine don't you know if this is a driver bug or emu bug
i've built it was no conflicts
but i had to add #include "Common/GL/GLInterfaceBase.h" into OGL/VertexManger.cpp to get it compiled

I first commit reverted fine, second (
https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/4581) gave me merge conflicts...
Would like to try and make the apk myself.
The first one should give you merge conflicts, and reverting 4581 *before* 4577 should fix them. If reverting of 4577 was fine already, then there is no need to care about 4581.
