Just to clarify in case anyone is wondering, the PR 4546 build is not the one that I meant is doing something I don't recommend. I meant Super David's build on page 3 of the Netplay Wii Saves Build topic. PR 4546 is probably your best bet for now. (I forgot that someone started talking about PR 4546 in the Netplay Wii Saves Build topic at the end.)

This build can likely play through New Super Mario Bros using saves online, but I haven't tested it with that particular game.
Finally, it's not as good as using saves, but you could use a Gecko code to warp to the level you were at.

I got the first build that you linked. It has the "Copy Wii Saves" box on the server. Where is it saving these? How can I load them back up? It has no signs of saving when I load the game back up. Thanks.
When you are hosting, make sure you check the box "write save/SD data". As for where the save data is located, right click on the game in the main game list and click "open Wii save folder".
