Zelda wind waker run quite smoothly on Dolphin, but Rayman 3 running but hacks and runs in slow-motion. Same with the sound. Please help me what settings shall i change?

My laptops system is a vista Home premium
Intel core Duo CPU TS450 1,60 GHz
2,00 GB RAM-minne
Mobility Radeon X2300 HD
