Excuse my ignorance but how I test this?, I got to compile dolphin by myself?

It looks like you will have to compile it, I don't see it in any of the buildbots.

You should always check:

I knew there was somewhere to get them, I just assumed it was the buildbots.

The buildbots have them.
You can get directly to the buildbot builds from the github PR page.
Just hit "Show all checks" find the pr-android buildbot, click details, that will bring you to the buildbot page that has a link to the APK.

That very usefull thanks

I downloaded the 4612 build last week, and so far it seems to be a good improvement fps wise (compared with the latest Android builds available). Stuttering audio issues in games like Wind Waker appear to have disappeared, and generally smoother gameplay in the majority of games I have tested. This feels like a big step forward for Android, keep up the great work!

The changes from PR 4796 (or the 4612 build, as you're calling it) are already included in master, so you should be getting the same improvements if you have the latest version from https://dolphin-emu.org/download/.
