Hello ^ ^

I want to run a dolphin maximum FPS (60) in high resolutions for the following games:

Pokemon
Zelda the wind waker
Budokai Tenkaichi 3
And other ^ ^.

So I have the choice between:

i5 750 and ATI RADEON 5770
and
AMD Phenom II 965 and ATI RADEON 5770

Knowing that I also want to run PCSX2, which both advise me up (thank you to answer objectively, without preference).
i5 for sure. However, it won't get you 60fps in every game.

I lost my password ...

I said that was part and Dolphin PCSX2 for my games, the remaining PC applications is minimal (aside perhaps crysis and oblivion ...)

What Is there difference between the i5 and the 965?
i5 is clock for clock faster than the 965

I do not intend to overclock ...
that has nothing to do with what I just said. Clock for clock is when for example a 2.8ghz cpu is faster than a 3ghz cpu of a different brand
you mean 2.8ghz of one brand is faster than another at 2.8ghz. We have to compare apples to apples.
i5 Wink
Way faster Smile

Knowing that a part PCSX2, Dolphin, and PC games (GPU dependent) I have nothing to do if a particular application opens with 0.1 seconds of delay ...

Knowing that Dolphin PCSX2 and use the dual core, and I do not intend to overclock, dual core i5 gives ca 3192 GHz with the turbo boost and the 965 3.4 GHZ

Despite AC, and no preference for AMD or Intel, which is most recommended for dolphin?

The 5770 can use the Open GL plugin?

Dolphin is CPU dependent or GPU dependent?

I saw some games run at 30fps at full speed?
1. I5
2.Yes
3.CPU
4.only a few
