Title says it all.
ive using dolpin 5.0 and diffrent versions of vba.
When i boot the bios on the vbam #2 it doesent connect.

Screw this post i just downgraded dolphin to 4.0.
Don't post issues you have with 4.0, it's unsupported if you intend on using 4.0

Anyways, GBA linking in Dolphin is an extremely unstable feature and nobody has shown interest in improving it. If it doesn't work, you might not be doing anything wrong. It's just unstable nonsense.
Check out the LoZ 4 Swords game specific forum. I've posted my setup that works well for me. Sometimes I've gotten some glitches, especially with newer builds of Dolphin, but overall it works well.
Make sure you are using dumped LLE
I am using lle and 5.0 can connect one vba but not 2
4.0 can
