What do I need to complete my Wii/GC experience in Dolphin. I own both consoles, but Dolphin just seems to let me load disks (roms/isos) without anything else. I found the way to set up Miis, but was curious as to what else is missing. Not a ROM request. Just want to know what is needed to complete the experience.
That's a very broad question. There are many accessories that you don't need to have but that contribute to the experience in some way.
Maybe what you're looking for is doing a NAND dump, which will let you use the system menu and other software installed on your Wii:

You may also want to dump the GameCube IPL (lets you run the GameCube intro and settings screens) and DSP ROMs (improves DSP LLE accuracy in some situations, mainly GBA linking).
