Yes. Also make sure your graphic card supports OGL 2.1. Otherwise use the DirectX plugin (It's often faster)

how to use the direct x plugin? :S

select it in the plugin tab in general config

and dolphin64 bit doesn't work on my comp

That game never really worked. It's been bugged since the begining

Pokemon XD always had problems with dolphin ( sometimes the devs fix it and sometimes it breaks again ) ( FIFO problems ? )
Try rev4442 or higher
