so this is the centering code I should disable?

Yes. Disabled the tests and any other center fixes I might have given you. Use regular sideview position and whatever zoom.

$Scale camera pan

This value (I set it to default, you can edit) can make the camera pan faster, but the right side isn't as fast as the left, so it looks kind of weird. I think because the center needs an offset to be centered. Hmm.
It is a science indeed! Smile But fun.

Don't use any other camera centering code for sideview. Just this one.

Set left and right how you want it. They should probably be equal, but don't have to be. Then get the puck on the center line and set the Center to whatever will get the camera centered. My values may be fine.

I still need to adjust the max velocity of the camera, so the puck doesn't get away from it.

Brilliant job!

I just made subtle tuning on the sides:

$AR Camera Limits Best

04EC2780 C5034000  //L -2132, -2100
04EC2784 43C00000
04EC2788 45034000  //R 2132, 2100

Do you think you could find a code for up/down pan as well, so we got it complete?

I don't think we need it to pan faster mate if anything little "looser"/slower, but I think its about right Smile

edit: ya, this value can make the camera heavier/lighter, it adds momentum to the movement which is pretty neat actually!
edit 2: It does affect both sides equally, I think, I don't see a problem there! It also affects the added zoom zones.

Try this, just add it onto the other code.
04ec2578 c4160000
04ec2580 44160000
you mean to this code? $AR Camera Limits Best

Also which of these lines I should edit for pan up/down?

edit: yes, both line works! Great.
Now I need to re-tune the sides tho.
so I think its perfect now! Smile

AR Broadcast/side Camera Limits
04EC2780 C51C4000 // L
04EC2784 43C00000 // C
04EC2788 451C4000 // R
04EC2580 44160000 // pan top
04EC2578 C2C80000 // pan bottom
There's also a top/bottom centering value, but it was zero.
04ec257c 00000000
I test it too!
So now how can we this incorporate into our latest camera code, with all the zooms/close-ups etc.?
