Ok, I'll have you find the max pan value. The //Camera Fix line contains a value of -100. Tone it down to -95, or maybe a decimal like 97.5? You can cut that line of out the gecko code and turn it into an AR if you want to edit it that way.

It's more sensitive than the regular camera? Does this, at least, mean that it doesn't lag behind a fast moving puck any more?
yeah, it's more sensitive. The camera now reacts on very subtle touch on the controller. I already slowed down the puck physics, with the other codes, making it more realistic, so that wasn't really an issue. The issue was that the cam wasn't centred, one of the sides was to on the side and the other one was cut.
Ok, I can't directly add a delay to the camera, but I can look at camera code I haven't played with yet to find a better place to inject the puck -> camera override.
here some inspiration Smile
Look at how fluid the camera behave in the real world. I think we are not that far away from it.

Okay, I need you to compare something. Go back to the normal sideview zoom + position codes and then add this code too.

$Camera Center?
C284DC08 00000002
3C608000 C003188C
60000000 00000000
0400188C c3c00000

Is it more responsive than without it? Are the corners still bad?
sorry, just so your reply.
Testing it now...
looks like left corner is ok, right is still too far...

The responsiveness is about the same, I think.
gotta run for now, I'll be back in around 2 hours.
Thanks...
I'm back and little refreshed, my head started little hurting already from staring at the screen haha.
If you need any testing...

Otherwise, I will continue to tweak the zoom cameras. Got it working pretty well already in the practice mode, but during the match, as that ugly crowd stand up sometimes and gets in the way of focus I had to really rethink and re-tuned them. Also trying to find the balance between the way how beautiful it looks and how it plays when it cuts to the different view. I'm able to put them basically anywhere tho, with some effort an time. Great job with the tools you provided again.

I guess you must be pretty tired too already, seems like you never sleep Smile
$AR Camera Limits Best
04EC2780 C5054000 //Left
04EC2784 43C00000 //Center
04EC2788 45054000 //Right

Don't use any other camera centering code for sideview. Just this one.

Set left and right how you want it. They should probably be equal, but don't have to be. Then get the puck on the center line and set the Center to whatever will get the camera centered. My values may be fine.

I still need to adjust the max velocity of the camera, so the puck doesn't get away from it.
